Michel de Bodt

With more than 30 years experience at management level in companies varying in size and culture, among which multinationals, he can benefit from a large network of professionals.

Trilingual manager, specialist in the fields of tax law, social law and risk management; graduated as :

  • Master in Tax Management, Ecole de Commerce Solvay (Université Libre de Bruxelles)
  • Master in Business Administration, Management Development Institute (known before as IMEDE, now IMD in coordination with the University of Lausanne)
  • Certificate in Bank and Financial Law (UCL)
  • Certificate to act as an independent director (IEC)

OVER 30 YEARS

EXPERIENCE

  • Various positions within the Inchcape Group, concerning their automotive activities
  • Manager of the retails outlets in the Alcopa Group (Moorkens)
  • Finance and administration director of the WPP Group (Mediaedge : CIA Belgium & Groupm Belgium)
